Hijab, identity of Muslim females.

Let’s read another hijab story.

AN ARTICLE ON HIJAB:

❑ Start of my journey towards hijab:

Let me tell you a tale regarding true enlightment of hijab in Islam and lives of Muslims it is a very controversial subject of discussion not only among Muslims but also among non-Muslims I started wearing hijab properly when I was in my 8th standard. The vision of wearing hijab and its impact on society broadened my mindset time by time when I faced public and society. Fortunately, we live in a Muslim country it seems like a norm in our country but the western culture influences made it a targeted weirdo. I was not obliged to wear it. It was my choice, my decision and the journey to boost my faith, the strength to my character and my Imaan began here.

❑ Difficulties I face by wearing hijab:

The appearance by wearing hijab in public gave me a very different sight, both positive and negative, like the hanging on wall that is not even on top nor falling on floor, they want to accept it encourage it but the so-called modern world influences hinder it, to the world whose considerations about hijab in Islam is like;“I see it as blessing. You see it as oppressionI see it as modesty and symbol of honor..You see it as the extremism and symbol of terror in the whole world”O dear judges, how your freedom of thought did not make you think that wearing headcaps, long coats, Halloween themes, witches dress theme dress got accepted nor my hijab in my religion that’s my right to wear, my choice, my obedience to my lord.#HAND’S OFF MY HIJAB.You accept a face mask or a gown for self-protection but you don’t accept a hijab or abaya in Islam for self-protection of my faith and my Imaan. We are free to wear it. It’s every Muslim women’s basic right in Islam.

❑ How I overcame those difficulties

I think the reason to please my lord, to be among those who are followers of prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), to be among righteous ones, wearing hijab is rewarding for me! These all are more than enough for me than these fascinating non-Muslims norms. To be a representative of Muslim ummah, (the best among all people) It is a word of great honor for me.The respect, Taqwa, power, freedom, modesty, honor, blessing, rise, sunshine, moonlight, I see it all in my hijab I get this all through my hijab. It gives me self-protection. Wearing it makes me closer to my creator. And I myself consider it as reflection of piety and goodnessYou see it does not make myself rejected nor suppressed it gave me the power to fly, to fight, and be fearless in pursuit of what makes my lord pleased,

❑ Message for our sisters

My dear sisters in Islam, you are not made for hijab, Hijab is made for you. It will give you self-respect, dignity, honor, pride, self-empowerment, the light and reflection of Ayesha Siddiqua R.A and Fatima R.ALet yourself free from judgments of others, let your wings spread and take a flight above everything else on a way to Jannah and appear with your bright shiny faces as daughters of Muslim ummah on the day of judgment.❑ Message for our ummahO descendent of Adam and followers of Prophet P.B.U.H be among those who will clear the hurdles that will come in the way of our daughters, our mothers and our sister’s in hijab. Let your minds flourish by the enlightment of Islam by supporting your women and be the spreader of this positive message in the whole world that Islam has given this beautiful right for women to wear hijab for her protection, for her respect, for her moral support and values.Let us end the Hijab phobia in world as long we Muslims don’t argue with other’s norms. It’s the teaching of our religion. We are free to wear it. O people be not among those whose narrow-minded thought are drowning them in the oceans of darkness!
